3. Reservation of Proprietary/Retention of title of ownership

Goods delivered to remain property of MOTSHOP until payment have been received in full.

4. Prices/Goods

Before placing your order, please ask for delivery and price information.

However, any offer are under reserve of availability, and subject to changes of prices, models, colours, as well as human errors in general. Any misprint may not be excluded.

Prices to be understood as final, German VAT is included, where us forwarding expenses to be added. There is a possibility  that the impression on visual display units might appear differenty in comparison to actual looking.

5. Right of return/Right of retention

The customer may withdraw from the contract within a period of 2 weeks after receipt of the goods. Any notice to be given in a written form only. MOTSHOP is obligated return the payment in due course..

Excluded from  the right of return are : special made models, damaged, dirty and for changed goods.

For a better understanding please inform us about the reasons of return.

In case of  reduction of value we reserve the right for obligation to pay compensation.

Please return goods complete in original packing with original invoice and in good conditions. As a rule, returns to MOTSHOP must be agreed in advance with the service department. Returns shall be sent at the buyer´s risk

and costs, packed with care – to ensure that no damages are sustained in transit – and returned to MOTSHOP.

If the buyer returns good, freight forwarding charges unpaid, we shall be entitled to refuse acceptance consignment or to invoice the charges thus incurred.

6. Data security

Personal data used by us in the framework of contract preparation / order processing are safed and not passed on third parties. In all respects we use the respective data with justified interest of our company for purposes of credit verifications only if necessary. The customer accept with an order the storing of personal data. There is the possibility to control any time the used data and to make some changing.

7. Copyrights

All data – especially the databases – of the websites mothop.de and dainese24.de enjoy propietary protection after copyright law. Editing or copying is only ermitted if necessary fo access to the databases or their general use. The abuse of the databases will be considered as an infringement of copyrights which will be prosecuted and obliges to payment of indemnifications. All patent design rights and trademarks mentiones in the online-offer or protected by third parties are all exclusively subject to the provisions of the respective valid identification law and the respective registered proprietor.
